Stökkfiskur works with Icelandic ingredients to create value-added products for export. Stökkfiskur is a protein-rich fish snack that brings together the tradition of dried fish with modern production technology. The project involves developing, producing and marketing the product at home and abroad, with a focus on quality, sustainability and health.
